My name is Rebecca Jo Glascock. I reside in Flemingsburg Kentucky with my two kids, Danielle N. Glascock age 17 and Clinton R. Glascock age 12, my husband whom I have been married to for 14 years Tracy R. Glascock and my tiny toy poodle named Ollie. I was born and raised in Flemingsburg Kentucky.
In 1996 I was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy which in return left me a wheelchair for over 4 years. During those 4 years my two kids ages 2 and 7 at the time were diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes and Celiac Disease. At the time I was unable to care for myself and my kids. It really took a toll on my family because I had to be fed and dressed like a infant. It was dreadful. One day my daughter looked at me and said Mommy are you ever going to be able to take care of us again. It took 4 long hard years but I got out of the wheelchair. I worked hard, it took alot of determination and alot of sweat but I did it. I went to caring for myself and my kids once again. It took a few years to get back to normal but when I did, I decided I wanted to go to work. I was tired of sitting in the house and feeling as though I was Disabled.
I went to work at a local sawmill and Pallet Manufacturer as a Sales lady. Johnson Brothers Inc, gave me a chance that most would not have. They became like a family to me. The owner took me under his wing and showed me everything I needed to know. I worked there a couple of years and he allowed me to start my own busienss. I have this dream of paying for my kids college education. I am tired of depending on everyone else for help and support. It is time I do this on my own. This is how High Hopes Enterprise was born.
I was just recently diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy stage 4 but I will continue to work and support my family as long as I posssibly can.
High Hopes Enterprise would like a chance to show you what great customer service and excellent Quality we have to offer to you! High hopes Enterprise is asking for a chance to prove we have what it takes to make it in this big old world.
I live by three words " Faith, Hope, Dreams" with these 3 words anything is possible.
